ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We may also refuse to process and accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

 

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. All item prices are exclusive of delivery charges. MORGAN CLIFFORD reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice. MORGAN CLIFFORD may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such a cancellation.

 

PAYMENT

Payment can be made with Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to MORGAN CLIFFORD, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

MORGAN CLIFFORD is very concerned with safeguarding your information, but no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. When you enter sensitive information it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At this time Returns are NOT accepted. If you are not content with your MORGAN CLIFFORD purchase please contact morgan@morgancliffordny.com and an exchange of another size or style may be made. 

 

EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note you can only exchange items for a different size based on stock availability.  If you are sending merchandise back to MORGAN CLIFFORD for exchange, MORGAN CLIFFORD will provide the shipping label. The new exchanged item will be shipped to you free of charge.

 

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned unused and with all MORGAN CLIFFORD tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
